Cottage Law and Order Terms:
TX Cottage Law: DSHS#5796 Home and Wholesale Bakes
Each baked good order will have a label with ingredients used, contained allergens, & date made on. Also these items are created and baked in a home kitchen and not subject to routine government food safety inspections. For the gluten free menu I following the no contamination protocols.
Ordering Terms
Bakery Items & Payment: Full payment is required on all orders are not secured till full payment is received.
Celebration Cakes and Packages: Full payment is required up front for orders $50 or less. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $50 with the remaining balance due 7 days before pickup or delivery. Orders are not secured until deposit is received or they will not be delivered if not paid in full 7 days before due date.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup. We are unable to offer refunds for orders canceled within a week of pickup, as prep work is already begun.
Pickup/Delivery: All orders are picked up or delivered in Southern Ok and Northern Texas. The exact pickup or delivery information will be emailed to you prior to date needed. Once items are received and out of my care, I am no longer responsible for how they are transported, stored, or handled. All orders must be approved at pickup/delivery. *By requesting a quote you have read and agree to the terms above.
