Cancellations & Refunds policy

Celebration Cakes and Packages: Full payment is required up front for orders $50 or less. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $50 with the remaining balance due 7 days before pickup or delivery. Orders are not secured until deposit is received or they will not be delivered if not paid in full 7 days before due date.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled pickup. We are unable to offer refunds for orders canceled within a week of pickup, as prep work is already begun.

Pickup/Delivery: All orders are picked up or delivered in Southern Ok and Northern Texas. The exact pickup or delivery information will be emailed to you prior to date needed. Once items are received and out of my care, I am no longer responsible for how they are transported, stored, or handled. All orders must be approved at pickup/delivery.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
